If your order is placed before 11am, the order will be processed on the same day (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will be processed on the following working Monday. Processing allows us to confirm on the payment and stock availability, and this process typically takes 1-2 working days. For guitars orders, kindly allow additional 1-2 working days to quality check and properly pack the instrument as best as we can, in order to ensure you can receive the order at the best possible condition.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your product(s). Your total shipping charges will be automatically computed during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges which will be applied to your order.

With bulkier, more expensive items or those that require a specific set-up, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. Orders paid via PayPal will only be sent out by Ninja Van, FedEx or DHL.

As dealers and distributors of our products for many different countries, we have extensive shipping options to cater to customers outside of Singapore. FedEx is our choice courier with convenient and efficient shipping capabilities. Other couriers such as DHL might also be engaged when necessary. A tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched. Additional processing time might be needed when applicable due to more stringent packing for international dispatches. General delivery time is about 5-7 working days for Asian region, and 7-14 working days for regions outside of Asia. However, unforeseen delays might be expected for customs clearance, weather condition or festive seasons. You are best advised to contact the delivery courier directly once your order has been dispatched.
Liability of FedEx for loss, damage or delay of your shipment is limited to the greater of about USD20 per kilogram or USD100 per shipment. For full insurance, kindly contact us for more information.
SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
We always strive to process and ship out our orders within our best means and abilities. However, we sometimes have to refuse or respectfully require additional charges to expedite orders.
Once the order has been handed over to the shipping courier, we would not have control over the handling and delivery time. Customers are best advised to get in touch with the courier for latest update and further information required.
There are shipping restrictions where applicable. We will promptly inform customers should any limitations arise.
We strictly do not under declare items value for international shipping. International orders will be subject to local import and duties tax obligations, where the total cost is reflected upon checkout.
We do not refund shipping costs for returned items.
